These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CoopOS ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

CoopOS provides a management platform for cooperative societies, including member tracking, financial record keeping, and loan management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CoopOS and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall CoopOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
